1. Consent Agenda The following items are considered routine and will be acted upon by a single motion unless a councilor requests separate discussion.
- Item 8C: Make it a matter of record that Adam Kush was hired as a tennis assistant effective December 11, 2020.
- Item 9A: Approve the minutes from the November 23, 2020 regular monthly meeting.
- Item 9B: Approve the financial statement.
- Item 9C: Approve payment of bills (Councilor Tusing will abstain on the amount owed to him).
- Item 10E: Schedule 2021 Council meetings for the 4th Monday of each month at 6:30 p. m. , with December held on the 3rd Monday.
- Item 10F: Designate First National Bank, First Commonwealth Bank, AmeriServ Financial Bank, 1st Summit Bank, and PLGIT as depositories.

- Item 5A: Report from Inframark on Wastewater Treatment Plant Operations.

- Item 7A: 2021 Sidewalk Project. The project involves West Sample, West Crawford, and West Horner Streets. Design is complete, permits are secured, and the project is ready for bidding. Construction can begin in February if weather permits. This project is one-third the size of the 2020 project.
- Item 7B: Tree Removal. Authorization to seek bids for the removal of twenty-nine trees along the 2021 sidewalk project route.
8. Administration Committee (Houser, Jacoby & Kuhar)
- Item 8A: Borough Manager Retirement. Nineteen applications were received for the Borough Manager position. Four interviews have been conducted. The committee will meet with the full Council in an executive session to agree on a candidate, hoping for a start date of February 22nd.
- Item 8B: Non-Uniform Pension Plan. Ordinance #658, which amends the pension plan to create a defined-contribution plan for new hires, is ready for final adoption.

10. General Business
- Item 10A: Approve minutes of the previous meeting (November 23, 2020).
- Item 10B: Approve the November 2020 financial statement.
- Item 10C: Approve payment of bills totaling $286,406. 36 (Councilor Tusing will abstain on the amount owed to him).
- Item 10D: Zoning Amendment, Fences. Ordinance #659 regarding front yard fences requires a public hearing. A hearing is scheduled for Monday, January 18th at 6:30 p. m. via teleconference.
- Item 10E: Schedule 2021 Council meetings (see Consent Agenda).
- Item 10F: Designation of Depositories (see Consent Agenda).
- Item 10G: Appointments to Boards and Commissions. The council is asked to approve the following appointments:
- Heather Abbs (5-year term, Ebensburg Municipal Authority, expires 12/2025)
- Jessica Lieb (4-year term, Ebensburg Planning Commission, expires 12/2024)
- Margaret Stephan (3-year term, Zoning Hearing Board, expires 12/2023)
- Kristen McRoberts (5-year term, Ebensburg Recreation Board, expires 12/2025)
- Tim Myers (alternate, Ebensburg Civil Service Commission, expires 12/2021)
- Charlie Moyer (Chairman, Ebensburg Vacancy Board, expires 12/2021)
