1. Consent Agenda The following routine items will be approved by a single motion unless a council member requests separate discussion.
- Item 8B: Approve signature authorizations for the President and Secretary/Treasurer with Ameriserv for the Act 457 Plan.
- Item 8C: Record that $1,500,000 in Operating Fund reserves and $525,000 in Liquid Fuels Fund reserves were reinvested on 2/7/2019 with Ameriserv at a rate of 2. 81% for 180 days.
- Item 9A: Approve the minutes from the January 28, 2019 meeting.
- Item 9B: Approve the financial statement.
- Item 9C: Approve payment of bills, noting an abstention by Councilor Tusing regarding amounts owed to him.
2. Appointments to Address Council
- Item 2A: Roy Johnston will represent Ms. Datsko (320 South Marian Street) to request a curb depression where no driveway currently exists.
- Item 2B: Representatives from Wessel & Company will present the 2018 Audit.

- Item 3A: Report on the Police Department.

- Item 5A: Verbal report from Plant Supervisor Mark Wirfel on wastewater plant operations.
- Item 5B: Update on the Wastewater Project (40% complete, 60% of contract time elapsed).

- Item 7A: Final approval for Ordinance #647 (Prave Street) and Ordinance #648 (South Cherry Street) to correct legal descriptions.

- Item 8A: Update on the Public Works Position (Laborer II). Fifteen applications were received; interviews begin February 26th.
- Item 8B: Approve signature authorizations for the Act 457 Plan.
- Item 8C: Approve reinvestment of funds: $1,500,000 from Operating Funds and $525,000 from Liquid Fuels Funds at Ameriserv (2. 81% for 180 days).
9. General Business
- Item 9A: Approve minutes of the previous meeting.
- Item 9B: Approve the January 2019 financial statement.
- Item 9C: Approve bills totaling $284,140. 06 (includes $210. 58 payable to Councilor Tusing).
- Item 9D: Approve the purchase of an Exmark Lazer S zero-turn mower from Ray’s Lawnmower for $9,634. 10 to replace a 2007 model.
10. Department Reports
- Item 10A (Police): Verbal report from Chief Wyland.
- Item 10B (Public Works): Verbal report from Director Jeff Evans.
- Item 10C (Community Development): Verbal report from Director Danea Koss. The Borough’s application for the National Historic Register was approved by the Pennsylvania Historic Preservation Board on February 5th, pending minor revisions.
- Item 10D (Recreation): Verbal report from Director Dirk Johnson.
- Item 10E (Codes Enforcement): Monthly report forwarded to Council.
- Item 10F (Ebensburg Municipal Authority): Minutes from the last meeting included in the packet.
- Item 10G (Planning Commission): No activity.
- Item 10H (Zoning Board): No activity.
11. Media Comments/Questions Representatives of the media are invited to comment and ask questions on any issues.
