- Item 11A: Approval of minutes from the February 28, 2022 meeting.
- Item 11B: Approval of the financial statement.
- Item 11C: Approval of bills totaling $422,299. 34.

7. Recreation Committee (Jacoby, Miller & Owatt)
- Item 7A: Update on the proposed dog park at Lake Rowena. The borough obtained an easement from T-5 Properties (Ebensburg Animal Hospital) in May 2021. A zoning variance was granted on March 23, 2022. The borough will present the land development plan to the Planning Commission on April 7th.
8. Street Committee (Ball, Houser & Owatt)
- Item 8A: Update on sidewalk projects. The borough took out a non-revolving letter of credit in May 2020 for 2020 and 2021 projects. A balance of $670,000 was projected, but the borough obtained a loan for $540,000. Currently, $87,133. 82 is outstanding from 2020 assessments and $33,008. 29 from 2021 assessments. Twelve liens have been filed against properties that defaulted on payment agreements.
- Item 8B: Peoples Gas will begin replacing gas lines next week on Belmont Avenue, North West, West Milton, North Spruce, West Alton, and West Horner Streets. Work is expected to be completed by mid-May. Bids for the 2022 paving project will go out in May, with completion expected by the end of September.
9. Administration Committee (Houser, Jacoby & Kuhar)
- Item 9A: Hiring update. Interviews for two Public Works vacancies were conducted last week and will continue. Applications are also being accepted for part-time positions: Lifeguard, Crew Maintenance Leader, and Summer Maintenance Laborers.
- Item 9B: Compost receptacle update. The borough will accept tree branches, leaves, weeds, and small plant material. Grass clippings are no longer accepted due to disposal issues and sustainability best practices (mulching in place).

- Item 11A: Minutes of Previous Meeting(s) – Approval of February 28, 2022 minutes.
- Item 11B: Financial Statement – Approval of February 2022 financial statement.

- Item 12F: Ebensburg Municipal Authority – Minutes from the last meeting included in the packet.
- Item 12G: Ebensburg Planning Commission – Lot Merger at 505 Belmont. A merger of parcels 505 Belmont Avenue and 726 West Milton is proposed. The applicant purchased the house and parcel at 726 West Milton, razed the structure, and wishes to combine the lots. The Planning Commission reviewed this on March 3rd. Council is asked to approve the lot merger.
- Item 12H: Ebensburg Zoning Board – Variances granted for:
- 169 Hillcrest Drive (Megan and Brian Dumm): Pool encroaching on rear yard set-back.
- 962 Rowena Drive (Ebensburg Borough): Fence encroaching on neighboring property. An easement was previously obtained.
