- Item 7A: 2021 Sidewalk Project. Ameron Construction began work on March 5, 2021. Curbing on the north side of West Horner Street is expected to be completed this week, with the full project scheduled for July 31, 2021.
- Item 7B: 2021 Tree Cutting Project. Tree Expert Tree Service was issued a notice to proceed on February 23, 2021; work was completed at the end of March.
- Item 7C: Handicap Parking at 621 West Crawford Street. Patricia Mulvehill requested a spot be reestablished near her house. Chief Wyland and Jeff Evans concurred the previous spot was acceptable under the ordinance.
- Recommended Action: Approve the designation of a handicap parking spot on the NE corner of North West Street.
8. Administration Committee (Houser, Jacoby & Kuhar)
- Item 7B: Error in the 2020 MMO Payment to Non-Uniformed Pension Plan. Due to a clerical error, the full 2020 Minimum Municipal Obligation (MMO) of $135,396 was not paid. Only $80,775.99 was paid by 12/31/2020, resulting in a deficiency of $54,620.01. With interest calculated per Act 205 of 1984, the total amount due is $59,599.43, payable by April 30, 2021.
- Recommended Action: Approve the payment of $59,599. 43 into the plan to resolve the 2020 funding deficiency.
- Item 8A: Summer Hires. Applications were due March 2nd. The following individuals have been hired:
- Office Assistant: Tori Brodish (Skyline Drive, 1st yr. )

- Item 10A: Minutes of Previous Meeting(s).
- Recommended Action: Approve the minutes of the previous meeting(s).
- Item 10B: Financial Statement. The financial statement and quarterly transfers for March 2021 are presented for approval.
- Recommended Action: Approve the March 2021 financial statement and quarterly transfers.
- Item 10C: Bills. A list of bills totaling $356,159.79 is submitted for approval.
- Recommended Action: Approve payment of the bills as submitted.
- Item 10D: Explore Grant Funding for Dredging Lake Rowena. Kimball Engineering proposed a joint venture with Robindale to dredge the lake, which would reduce costs by utilizing their equipment and land for drying sediment.
- Recommended Action: Approve exploring grant possibilities with Robindale Energy and Kimball Engineering.
11. Department Reports

- Item 11B: Public Works Department (Director Jeff Evans).
- Item 11C: Community Development (Director Danea Koss).

- Item 11G: Ebensburg Planning Commission – No activity.
- Item 11H: Ebensburg Zoning Board. The Zoning Hearing Board denied a variance for additional parking at 400 North Center Street (Rizzo).
