  • Item 11A: Lake Rowena Project Update: A quote from Comcast Solutions for lighting and security camera installation was over $58,000. Staff recommends seeking quotes from other vendors as this exceeds the $24,500 limit for sealed bids.
  • Item 11B: Electric Energy Generation Contract: The Borough Manager successfully locked in a new electric supply contract effective December 2026.
    • Rate: $0. 07251 per kWh.
    • Supplier: Freepoint Energy.
    • Scope: Includes the Wastewater Treatment Plant upon expiration of the existing contract.
