Annual Spring Classic Entry Form

Event Overview

The Ebensburg Tennis Center is hosting the 3rd Annual Spring Tennis Classic on May 18, 19, and 20, 2018.

Ratings: Players without an NTRP rating must self-rate on an honor system. The tournament director has final authority over unrated players.
Participation: A minimum of four participants or teams is required for an event; otherwise, a round robin format will be used.
Format: The tournament is single elimination. Matches are best 2 out of 3 sets with a 10-point Super Tie-Breaker for the third set.
Scheduling: Players are responsible for checking draw times, which will be available on May 16 after 7:00 pm.
Limits: Players may enter a maximum of two events. Juniors are permitted to play in adult divisions.
Courts: Matches will be played on both indoor and outdoor courts depending on weather. Court selection is based on availability, and delays may occur as the tournament progresses.
Regulations: United States Tennis Association (USTA) rules apply to all matches.
Awards: Trophies will be presented to winners and finalists. All participants receive a tournament t-shirt.
Deadlines: Entry forms are due by May 14.

Singles: $25. 00 per event.
Doubles: $40. 00 per team ($20. 00 per person) per event.
Payment: Checks should be made payable to "Ebensburg Tennis Center" and accompanied by the entry form.
