Ebensburg Municipal Authority Monthly Reports (January & February 2022)
This document contains two monthly operational reports from Inframark for the Ebensburg Municipal Authority’s water treatment facilities, covering January and February 2022.

💧 Water Treatment Plant Operations (January)
- Operated continuously for 744 hours.
- Produced 26,537,000 gallons of treated water.
- Saltlick pump station supplemented 1,861,103 gallons.
- All routine compliance samples collected; all state reports submitted.
⚙️ Maintenance & Repair Activities (January)
Key tasks completed by Inframark staff:
- Calibrated online compliance analyzers and lab instruments weekly.
- Adjusted chemical feed rates based on system demand.
- Performed comparative grab samples for chlorine analyzers.
- Verified turbidity measurements against bench-top analyzer weekly.
- Exercised sump pumps.
- Replaced dehumidifier in DAF room.
- Installed new gate at entrance (Jan 5).
- Replaced DAF heater and rebuilt raw water valve solenoid.
- Cleaned clarifier troughs, pH/turbidity meters weekly.
- Greased finished water pumps/motors; alternated them weekly.
- Conducted jar testing to optimize chemical usage.
- Sampled sludge blanket levels; monitored filter beds.
- Completed quarterly shutdown test (Jan 21, during power outage).
- Finished first quarter Method 334. 0 on chlorine analyzers (Jan 26).
