Date: November 24, 2025 Prepared by: Luke Byrne, Inframark
Executive Summary & Operations

- Sludge Disposal: 12. 9 tons of dry sludge were sent to the landfill.

- Equipment Issues:
- Exhaust Fan: Dodson Electric is investigating a failed motor in the headworks building exhaust fan. Until repaired, doors are kept open for ventilation (a temporary measure not viable in winter).
