Ebensburg Municipal Authority WWTP Monthly Report - November 2025

Executive Summary & Operations
During November 2025, the Ebensburg wastewater treatment plant treated a total of 18,355,700 gallons of wastewater (averaging 611,857 gallons per day).
Key operational highlights included:
- Sludge Management: The centrifuge was operated once, resulting in 14 tons of dry sludge being sent to the landfill.
- Maintenance: Routine maintenance was performed on the Trojan UV unit (a small coolant leak was found and parts ordered). Annual maintenance was completed on SBR blowers, including new belts, seals, and inlet filters.
- Winter Prep: A faulty section of heat tape on the effluent composite auto sampler was replaced. A dehumidifier was installed in the basement to manage moisture.
- Sewer Lift Stations: All three stations were inspected regularly. No leaks were found, and all floats/transducers were functioning properly.
Maintenance & Repair
Inframark staff completed 80 work orders in November. Routine tasks included daily cleaning of screening units and influent channels, weekly greasing of blowers, and monthly safety inspections.

- Maintenance Cap: $3,326. 94 remaining (of $25,950. 84 annual contract).
- Sludge Cap: $7,684. 28 remaining (of $83,042. 76 annual contract).
- Chemical Cap: $4,726. 47 remaining (of $23,251. 92 annual contract).
Health & Safety
- There were no accidents in November.
- Personnel have worked 2,130 days (5 years and 11 months) without an accident or injury.
- Ongoing safety activities include weekly tailgate meetings, walkway inspections, and lockout/tagout procedures.
