Project Summary

Ebensburg Borough is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors to construct a concession/restroom building and dumpster enclosure at Lake Rowena Park near the youth baseball field. The new building will replace the existing concession stand, which the borough will remove.

Scope

• Construct the concession/restroom building and dumpster enclosure.
• Complete related site work, including grading, temporary erosion control, concrete sidewalk construction, seeding, mulching, and pavement-marking paint.
• Use project drawings and specifications available electronically from GFT Infrastructure, Inc. by emailing tvharrison@gftinc. com.

Bid Requirements

• Submit sealed bids to Ebensburg Borough at 300 West High Street, Ebensburg, PA 15931.
• Include bid security equal to 10% of the bid.
• The successful bidder must provide a performance bond equal to 100% of the contract.
• The work is subject to prevailing wage requirements.
