Ebensburg Borough and Central Cambria School District Employers Quarterly Return of Local Services Tax

This form is used by employers to report and pay the Local Services Tax (LST) for employees working in Ebensburg Borough and/or Central Cambria School District, Pennsylvania.

Quarterly Payment Schedule:

Employers must file and pay taxes quarterly based on the following schedule:

• 1st Quarter (Jan–Mar): Due April 30th
• 2nd Quarter (Apr–Jun): Due July 30th
• 3rd Quarter (Jul–Sep): Due October 30th
• 4th Quarter (Oct–Dec): Due January 30th

Employee Reporting:

• List each employee’s name under “List of Employees”
• Record the corresponding tax amount paid per employee under “Amount Paid”
• Sum up all amounts to calculate Total Tax Paid
