Consent Agenda

The following items were approved unanimously:

• Inframark reports for wastewater and water treatment plant operations
• May 20, 2024 meeting minutes
• May financial statement
• June bill payments

Water/Wastewater Committee Updates:

• Waterline Replacement Project: 40% of mainline installed by Guyer Brothers; service installations began mid-June
• Stormwater Project:
  • Awarded to A. Liberoni, Inc. for $1,727,128. 67
  • Loan closing scheduled with Pennvest for July 11th
  • Expected completion: approximately seven months

Recreation Committee:

• Tennis Center:
  • Moisture problems worsening
  • Approved bid from Sports Interiors for ceiling membrane: $114,751. 00
  • Additional wall repair cost: $90,333. 00 (if done within one year)
• Recreation Director Position:
  • Current director Dirk Johnson accepted job offer elsewhere
  • Two candidates selected for second interviews

General Business:

• Municipal Airport: Structural repairs needed; waiting for RACRA's course of action
• Municipal Parking Lot: Sold by Williamson family; Borough lease expires August 2024
• Pension Audits: No deficiencies found for compliance period January 1, 2019 - December 31, 2023
• Old Jail Property: Owner DSherwoodD Enterprises LLC undertaking repairs; website www. old-stone-jail. com created

Executive Session:
