Municipal Lot on West High Street
Reported by: Kelly Cook, Borough Manager
The current owner has agreed to sell the lot to the Borough for $250,000, plus an additional $2,500 toward closing costs.Motion:Made by Cecilia Houser to approve the purchase at the stated price and closing cost contribution. Seconded by Robert Miller. Result: Passed unanimously.
