Key Takeaways for Residents
- Water rates are rising across all boroughs and townships, with increases ranging from ~$10 to $12 on base charges plus higher per-thousand-gallon fees.
- Sewer rates are frozen — no change for Borough or Township customers.
- Bulk water users see small per-unit increases, though labeled “no increase” — possibly due to rounding or policy intent.
- Garbage and stormwater rates are unchanged since 2018; garbage saw a minor decrease in base fee.
- Minimum monthly bills will rise significantly for Borough residents ($220) compared to Township ($173), reflecting different service structures.
Residents should review their specific service area and usage to understand how these changes affect their bills.
