Application for Water/Wastewater Service – Ebensburg, PA
This is an official application form from the Borough of Ebensburg for residents or businesses requesting new water and/or wastewater service. The form must be completed in full, with supporting documentation attached if applicable.

- The Ebensburg Water & Wastewater systems are owned by the Ebensburg Municipal Authority and operated by the Borough.

- All tapping fees and obligations must be paid in full before connection.
- The Authority may conduct usage analysis; overuse beyond original allocation can result in additional fees (per Section 5. 3. 6).
- Attach a development or lot plan showing locations and sizes of all water/wastewater lines, fittings, and appurtenances.
