Ebensburg Dog Park

The Ebensburg Rotary Dog Park gives dogs a fenced off-leash place to run at Lake Rowena Park, on Borough property near the roller hockey rink at 952 Rowena Drive. It was developed through Rotary fundraising and construction work with borough support, and the Borough maintains it today.
