Parks and Playgrounds
Ebensburg's park system is built around small, useful public spaces: playgrounds, downtown parks, recreation fields, and shared school/community facilities that cover different needs rather than one large park.
Playgrounds
The borough lists playgrounds at the east end, center ward, and Memorial Field. It also notes the Ebensburg Regional Inclusive Playground at Central Cambria Elementary School, which is open to the public.
Town Parks
Three central parks round out the public network: Kimball Park in the center of town, Penn Eben Park at Julian and High Streets, and Veterans Memorial Park. Together they support everyday use: short walks, downtown events, family stops, and casual outdoor time.
