Ebensburg Borough has recently implemented online bill pay for some of the Borough’s services. You now have the option to pay any of the following bills online, including your bi-monthly water/sewer/garbage bill.

Application for Automatic Water/Sewage Bill Payment via ACH
The following are fees are associated with the various forms available on our
Online Applications page. After completing the Application, you now have the ability to pay that fee via Credit Card as opposed to mailing in a check.
Form Overview
This document is an application form for residents to set up automatic payments for their water and sewage bills through the Ebensburg Borough. It utilizes the ACH (Automated Clearing House) network to facilitate electronic transfers between a resident's bank account and the Borough.
Instructions for Completion
To successfully apply, residents must complete the form in its entirety and follow these specific steps:
- Voided Check Requirement: You must attach an original voided check to the designated area on the form. This is required to validate the bank account information provided.
- Account Information: Locate your Service Address and Account Number from the top left corner of your water/sewage invoice under the "Account Info" section.
- Bank Details: Provide your bank's routing number and account number. These can be found at the bottom of your checks or by contacting your bank directly.
- Authorization: Sign and date the form to authorize Ebensburg Borough to withdraw funds from the listed account.
